Quality Control/Inspection

Nu-Tech utilizes todays technology as well as trusted time-tested industry standard
measuring and optical tools to verify your parts will consistently remain in spec. We
are able to measure your parts based on Geographical Dimensioning and
Tolerancing (GDT).  Here are some of the tools we use:
  • CMM: Brown and Sharp Validator 100
    Coordinate Measuring Machine. Utilizing CMM
    Manager Software. Measuring capacity: X-axis
    27 inch, Y-axis 36 inch, Z-axis 18 inch


  • OPTICAL COMPARATOR: Kodak 30 inch
    Optical Comparator with Digital Read Out.
    Measuring capacity 8x8 inches

  • INSIZE ISM-200 Digital Microscope

  • SPI Rockwell Hardness Tester

  • Deltronics Class 'X' Plug Gages
